User roles are a set/ group of Authorities.
They define the level of access to different objects in the Data Hub. You can set and assign roles to different objects in from the user app.
The following are the most relevant user roles in the Data Hub:
User role | Recommended tasks |
Data Entry | Collect data. Either Aggregate or Tracker data |
Data User | Develop and Utilize dashboards and data analytics |
System Admin | Manage users, metadata, data, and dashboards |
Super User | Manage the entire system, including checklist modifications and the server |
